This Privacy Policy describes how StephonRudd.com (“the Site”) collects, uses, and handles your information when you visit the Site, subscribe to the email list, or place an order in the shop.
When you browse. Standard web server logs record your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to maintain and improve the Site.
When you subscribe. If you join the email list, we collect your email address and any name you provide. Email is managed through AWeber, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.
When you comment. Comments are handled by Disqus. Your comment and profile information are governed by Disqus’s own privacy policy. We do not store your Disqus login credentials.
When you place an order. To fulfill an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and the contents of your order.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this Site or visible to us. Stripe’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Merchandise is printed and shipped by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. To ship your order, we share your name, shipping address, and order contents with them. They use that information solely to produce and deliver your order.
This Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on.
The Site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working, to remember preferences, and to support analytics. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though blocking them may break the cart and checkout.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, and only as needed to run the Site and fill your orders.
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Comment data is retained by Disqus under its own policy.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — subject to records we are legally required to keep, such as completed order and tax records. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. To make a request, use the contact page.
This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy as the Site changes. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version.
Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact page.
